There are three ways to add candidates to your panel: manually, via CSV import, or via link.

Manually

  1. Select “Candidates” from the left sidebar menu.

  2. Click “Add Candidates” in the top right corner and select “Manually Add”.

  3. Fill out their full name and email and click “save”.

  4. You will be redirected to their candidate profile page.

  5. Click view more in the about section to add details.

  6. Click into each attribute section to fill out as needed.

Via Link

  1. Select “Candidates” from the left sidebar menu.

  2. Click “Add Candidates” in the top right corner and select “Invite via link”.

  3. You will be redirected to your panel page. If you have not already, you will need to customize your invitation page.

  4. Copy your link and distribute as you see fit!

CSV Import

  1. Select “Candidates” from the left sidebar menu.

  2. Click “Add Candidates” in the top right corner and select “Import from CSV”.

  3. Click “Choose file”.

  4. Find your file on your computer and select open.

  5. Click “Upload”.

  6. Review the mapping section. Some attributes will map automatically but others will not. Use the dropdown to match each column to the correct attribute. Use the preview to confirm everything is mapped correctly.

  7. Click “Next”.

  8. You will be redirected to a success page.

  9. Automatically Add to Study: In this section you can automatically add candidates to a particular study by clicking the check box next to the study name

  10. Update Existing Candidates: Choose whether you would like to use your list to update any candidates who are already in your panel OR only import new candidates (candidates who are already in your panel will be ignored and their information will not be updated).

  11. Click “Run Import”.
