Define your audience

  1. Select the candidates you would like to invite to your study.

    1. Add or remove filters as needed to narrow down your ideal candidates.

    2. Not everyone who is invited will want to participate so keep in mind your typical response rate from your users and if you will be using a screener that will narrow your pool.

    3. Select participants by clicking into the check box next to the name. Clicking the top box will select all candidates.

  2. Screen Candidates

    1. To the right of “Define your audience” there is a screen candidates button that can be toggled on or off.

    2. Turning on the screen candidates will add a screener section to your study.

      1. If you toggled the screener on in the previous section, you will need to create a survey to narrow your participants.

    3. When complete click next.

Design your invitations

Review and launch when you’re ready

  1. This page walks you through what needs to be completed prior to launch.

  2. If a section is complete, you will see a green checkmark. If a section is incomplete, you will see a red exclamation point. You will not be able to launch until every section is complete.

  3. Send invitation emails in batches: toggle this switch on to set the number of emails and the timeframe in hours. Batching will keep you from over-contacting your pool. The app will automatically stop sending emails when your study is full.

  4. Click “I’m ready to launch.”

  5. Click “Save & Exit” at any time and your study will be saved as a draft.
